**Refund Policy at Guanco Pet we issue all refunds as store credit through a digital gift card that never expires. Please be aware that cash, bank, or card refunds are not available. Your store credit will be processed within 7 business days following the inspection of the returned item. **Return Eligibility:** Items must be returned within 7 days and in acceptable condition. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
